Storage technologies
Cookie policy
Last updated: 2 October 2026
This policy explains the use of cookies and similar technologies on the Maison Mireille website. It describes the current configuration rather than technologies that may be used in the future.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files or pieces of information that may be stored on or accessed from your device when you use a website. Similar technologies can perform related functions, including security, preferences or measurement of service usage.
2. Current website configuration
Maison Mireille uses Google Analytics 4, Measurement ID G-7M3B0VERNQ, only after consent for the Analytics category. Google Tag Manager, advertising pixels and other non-essential tracking tools are not active. Website fonts, images and video are delivered locally or through the site infrastructure, without a Google Fonts dependency.
The hosting and security infrastructure may use technical mechanisms that are strictly necessary to deliver, protect or operate the service, depending on the active configuration. Maison Mireille does not use these mechanisms for advertising profiling.
3. External services opened through links
The website contains links to WhatsApp, social networks and our Google Calendar Appointment Schedules booking page. These services are not loaded into a Maison Mireille page merely because their links are displayed. When you choose to access Google Calendar, WhatsApp or another external service, that service may use its own cookies or similar technologies under its own policies.
4. Consent for non-essential technologies
Under applicable electronic-communications law, storing or accessing information on a user’s device generally requires prior consent, except for technical operations that are strictly necessary to transmit a communication or provide a service explicitly requested by the user.
The consent banner provides separate options to accept Analytics, reject it, or configure preferences. Google Analytics is not loaded before Analytics consent is granted. Advertising-related consent categories remain disabled.
5. Withdrawing or changing consent
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the Cookie settings button in the website footer. If you withdraw Analytics consent, the website disables Analytics for subsequent visits and removes Google Analytics cookies that it can delete from the browser. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before consent was withdrawn.
6. Browser settings
You can also delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary mechanisms may affect the operation of some services.
7. Google Analytics 4
After Analytics consent, Google Analytics 4 may set the first-party cookies _ga and _ga_<container-id>. Google states a default lifetime of up to 2 years for these cookies, while the browser may enforce shorter limits. _ga is used to distinguish users and _ga_<container-id> to persist session state. The Maison Mireille configuration uses Measurement ID G-7M3B0VERNQ.
