2. Purpose of the website
The Maison Mireille website presents the boutique, designers, collections and dresses and facilitates contact and fitting appointments. In its current configuration, the website is not an online shop and does not allow a purchase or payment to be completed directly on product pages.
3. Products, images and availability
Images and product information are provided for presentation. Colours and details may appear differently depending on the display. Availability of a dress, size, variant or fitting must be confirmed directly with the boutique. Displaying a dress on the website does not guarantee stock, reservation or immediate availability.
4. Prices, appointments and commercial terms
Dress prices are not published on the website. An appointment confirms a meeting or fitting request; it does not by itself create a sales contract or automatically reserve a particular dress. Specific commercial terms, including any deposit, payment schedule, additional services and conditions applicable to an order, are those communicated and accepted directly with the boutique.
General website messaging about flexible payment describes the commercial model at a high level and does not replace the quotation, order, contract or fiscal documents applicable to a specific transaction.
5. Intellectual property
The structure, design, original copy, Maison Mireille identity and proprietary graphic elements are protected by applicable law. Photographs and materials supplied by designers or producers remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. Nothing on the website transfers intellectual-property rights to the user.
Copying, republishing, distributing, systematically extracting or commercially using website content is not permitted without a legal right or permission from the relevant rights holder.
6. Use of the website
The website must be used lawfully and without compromising the security, availability or integrity of the service. Unauthorised access attempts, abusive automation, malicious code and fraudulent use of content are prohibited.
7. Third-party links and services
The website may link to WhatsApp, social networks, Google or other external services. Those services are operated by third parties and are subject to their own terms and policies. Maison Mireille does not control the continuous availability or content of third-party platforms.
8. Liability and website availability
We take reasonable steps to keep information accurate and the website available, but interruptions, technical errors or information requiring updates may occur. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Complaints and dispute resolution
For any issue, we encourage you to contact Maison Mireille first so that we can try to resolve it directly. Consumers may contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) and, where applicable, use its Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR/SAL) mechanism.

Alternative Dispute Resolution (SAL) ↗
The former EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued in 2025 and is therefore not presented on this website as an active dispute-resolution mechanism.
10. Governing law
These terms are interpreted in accordance with Romanian law and applicable mandatory European Union rules. Mandatory statutory consumer rights are not affected.
11. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated when services, functionality or legal requirements change. The version published on this page is the version applicable on the date shown above.
